Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. Email comfortcareclass@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and the return address
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Email comfortcareclass@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to availability. Email us within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
