Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Email comfortcareclass@gmail.com immediately if you need a change.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the USA takes 5–8 business days after processing (1–3 business days).

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available on orders over $75.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Email comfortcareclass@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will send return instructions within 48 hours.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, subject to availability. Email us within 14 days of delivery.

Sizing & Product

How do your items fit?

Our pieces are printed on Comfort Colors blanks, which run slightly larger than standard sizing. Each product page includes a size guide. When in doubt, size down.

How do I care for my garment?

Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Most drops are limited and do not restock. Join our email list to get early access to new drops.

Do I need an account to order?

No, guest checkout is available. An account lets you track orders and access order history.
